Scope of Warranty

We stand firmly behind the quality and reliability of every machine. All Euromak industrial cleaning systems include:

• 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty: Covers all mechanical defects caused by manufacturing errors under normal operating conditions. During this period, travel, lodging, and labor costs for on-site repairs are fully included, ensuring complete peace of mind and zero hidden service charges.
• 1-Year Electronic Parts Warranty: Covers electronic components (excluding motors) against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions

To maintain transparency, please review the conditions not covered under this warranty:

• Damages from operator error, misuse, or negligence
• Failures due to insufficient cleaning or lubrication
• Accidents, facility-related incidents, or improper installation
• Malfunctions from unstable or incompatible electrical supply
• Unauthorized modifications to hardware or software
• Use of non-OEM parts, accessories, or consumables
• Normal wear-and-tear items such as belts, brushes, and filters
• Damage caused by non-approved chemicals or cleaning agents

Limitation of Liability

Euromak's responsibility is limited solely to repairing or replacing defective components. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from equipment downtime or inability to operate.

Non-Transferable Coverage

Warranty protection applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
