Shipping & Installation

From the moment your order is confirmed, we manage the entire logistics and setup process so you don’t have to.

Production lead time is approximately 8 weeks, during which your machine is custom-built and rigorously tested for quality and performance. Once ready, we coordinate door-to-door shipping, with delivery typically completed in 8 to 10 weeks, depending on your location. Total lead time will be approximately 16 weeks.

Each machine is securely packed with industrial-grade protection to prevent damage during transit. We ship directly to clients across the United States, Canada, and Caribbean Islands, with updates provided throughout the journey.

After your equipment arrives, our certified technicians are dispatched to your facility to handle complete installation and setup. We will ensure each machine is properly configured and tested in your environment. As part of this process, we also provide hands-on operator training to make sure your team is fully comfortable and confident using the equipment.

Installation is included with every purchase.

All Euromak machines operate on a 3-phase, 380-volt power supply, which is standard for industrial equipment worldwide. If your facility uses a different voltage, don’t worry, compatible voltage transformers can be used to ensure safe, effective operation. Our team can help source and recommend the right solution for your setup.
